Welcome to International Friends of Southwest Missouri
Mission statement - International Friends is a volunteer organization designed to help International Students in the Springfield, Mo area to develop quality friendships with at least one American family. This program is a cooperative effort between several local organizations, universities and churches. No student or family will be asked to change their religion in order to participate.
We do encourage honest discussions on all topics to help create understanding between different cultures and people groups.

If you are interested in becoming a part of International Friends you will need to plan on attending one of the upcoming orientation sessions. Click here for more details. There are seperate orientation sessions for hosts (families or individuals) and for participating international students.
